$3 mill is actually a healthy bank balance considering no income! I can see a CR on phase 2 clinical trials. Millions is needed for this, MDC is under going a $5.4mill raise for their's, unfortunately a laboratory lease for any program is extremely expensive especially with the equipment and time involved!

Nothing wrong with this SP being diluted, MMJ is pretty tight and the back end sales in 6mths time should cover the remainder of the company afloat, though remember we are a global company and there's many mouths to feed!

Offer a billion shares at a cheaper rate? Entering a new company early doesn't always pay off, both you and I are probably sitting on a negative still, dam I wish I bought more at .20c but my portfolio holds enough already.. I doubt we will see .20c ever again!

I still think MMJ will be a $2 SP next 2016/17 financial year... I have been saying it all along! ... long on and watch history being made by supporting & helping people who really need it!
