This article doesn't highlight its importance in delivering world phone app independence for roaming but it does state that there are 10+ trials occurring with different companies for the next month. I predict some partnerships and capital to come from the likes of ipass and devicescape myself.

But there is so much competition out there. Companies with billions are working to take the same space...remember myspace? Netscape? No matter how big or even with Murdoch backers the tech industry is ruthless. So risk is still high.

Current price does reflect risk. But if Nor can somehow act like a component that can be purchased and incorporated into the development of future OTT systems and carriers it may prove more resilient. Just focus on one thing and let others do the rest.
