This company is 6 years old. It has been listed for 3 years. It is just now pivoting to a new product with around 3 quarters of cash left, a product that bears only mild resemblance to the supposed value proposition of the company a year ago.

I have a lot of trouble imagining what they could have that anyone would want, given how little money they have left to spend on engineering. It sounds a lot like they have a wiki with a open source deep learning engine bolted to the front of it. Their website offers almost no information about their actual product now, probably because they are hoping that a customer will contact them and tell them what they should have.

LIBBY, MAGGIE, et al have all buggered off.

I'd say the company is on a glide path to try to provide a chance for the senior execs to fail upward and land in cushy roles elsewhere, especially CW.
