But I want to know, what is the difference between doggy iPPS and human iPPS? I'm interested particularly in examining the exclusive supply agreement between Bene and PAR and and TGA's approval of Bene only, and insistence that any iPPS must be molecularly identical to that produced by Bene - it is this insistence that has built the moat around the supply agreement.

My concern is that is someone with deeper pockets than PAR were to come along and show through the usual trial process that doggy iPPS was just as good as human iPPS in treating OA, our moats might end up being breached (do you breach a moat? I don't know ...), or at least our valuation compromised so that

There is always the patent for treating BMEL with iPPS of course, but I do worry about this a little ...
