Selling is just about done.
More good news not far away (Marc's LI page comment) and larger deals underway going through the process. World opening up. Think about in a few years after things have steadied again and FRX has kept doing the consistent work in the background, people want to spend again and get travelling. Huge.
Despite market conditions in general, this is such a winner I think.
