Seeing as the NA Williams deal is supposed to be fully implemented within 15-19 months as of a month ago I believe your timeline is far too protracted - meaning revenue from NA Williams alone will equate to $138m USD or approx $175m AUD. IMHO people are trying to draw a straight line to estimate the value of this company without accounting for the following:
- startup companies invariably take time to monetise good ideas hence the market valuation of companies with good ideas can get well out of whack with revenue generated.
- startup companies with good ideas require IP protection to remain at the front of the pack while competitors develop in the market.
- first mover status in developing markets can have disproportionately high returns.
- snowball effect is not linear - it is cascading meaning that each level of creation/development/sales/implementation/revenue will lead to much higher levels of company growth.
