After buying in at the peak, decided to top up today @ 17c in the hopes to average down a little.... I've been observing this 16-17 sideways trading and feeling pretty confident its stuck here.
To me, the primary objective of the company is to validate the ability to provide a drop in cloth replacement.
I strongly believe the founders when he says that current fashion manufacturers don't have to change machining, it will literally be a case of Nano passing on rayon fabric direct to them.
Be proving they can make a direct link between a waste producer (currently slated as the coconut waste), then turning that waste at scale into rayon, and successfully making a mass market garment, will prove their tech.
Then the question will be "how do they make money" - unsure what model they're going to go with here, I.E. do they want to be the sole runners and operators of the warehouses that produce the rayon (they will have proved their process, and a massive CR would be oversubscribed for sure), or will they licence out the process and make a turnover immediately? Haven't been in the game long enough to know which option is better here, but both seem plausible to me.
Either way if they pull it off and successfully replace trees/wood in any vertical, this thing is going to go to the moon no doubt about it
