That said, if seasonality is typically lower in that quarter, I'd have thought some cost saving realisations may have been possible (instead of going at pro-rata rate) across operations and manufacturing. Then again, hard to know what these encompass and if performed in advance.
Im not exactly sure how their seasonality shifts, but I'd be a lot more comfortable if they achieve about 450k or so sales/receipts in the next quarter, to lead into the one after that which will be the one with the first chance to meaningfully bridge the gap on outflows. If the last two averaged 380k each, I'd hope a 15-20% improvement would be possible. Next quarter also vital for cost controls as you point out.
