I wouldn't expect a dividend for 5+ years.
The company is doing exactly what it said it would do in the prospectus, i'd hardly say it's struggling.
Problem is it was overpriced at the ipo based on China hype.
As for cashflow positive, that'll be some point in 2019/20 & there will be more placements for further growth before a dividend is paid.
