NanoDiagnostics have been a virtual R&D company, transitioning to large scale manufacturing is very difficult. Particularly when many of your commercial partners have also been small scale as this also requires them to scale up ( eg Sensera ) , so your logistical problems quickly manifest themselves.
In relation to Sensera, one thing I have never doubted is the quality of our product.So I'm guessing our issues in relation to NanoDiagnostics "ramping up" are likely to be around funding and initial capital outlay.
Also, I still think the starters gun is still the granting of the EUA. Then, hopefully, Fed funding should flow and help "the ramp" enormously.
