It's pretty clear that the persistent seller in the high 1.40s/ low 1.50s has not completely sold down yet. It will only break above 1.60 once that seller runs out. Of course I'm assuming it is only one larger holder that is constantly selling into strength.
FDA approval is looking like at least another 12 months as 1 of the 3 required trial sites is only just beginning. Not good news for the next 12 months.
I think they are relying too heavily on the 'potential takeover' angle. The market is calling BS on it.
