    Not stating they need it now, but that when a capbraise does happen (which it inevitable will) that's it function will either be for expansion or to firm up the balance sheet. Hopefully at a much higher price.

    im down money on this but am actually reasonably bullish on it. I think the market cap is about right at the moment but an even a slight uptick in revenue would move the price north.
