A generous valuation reduces dilution for acquisition costs similar to the Nucleus Cyber merger where cash isn't a factor but rather shares issued. Hard to know whether Kurt has genuinely been approached and at what capacity vs selling the company to funds through investor presentations. Don't attack me for this question ppl. It's an unbiased view and I always try to look at things objectively. There is probably an element of truth to the commentary surrounding the choice to an OTC listing.
