While I agree about mistakes being made I’m also acutely aware of rocking the boat at this particular time of the approval process.
I suspect you’re well connected within the environment of the company and it’s surrounds Gareth.
Have you communicated with MS and discussed things with him, why has he suddenly gone quiet?
What about contacting SP at Ellume and getting some commentary?
I’m sure you understand the approach being suggested here; there may be other means to gain the results you’re after without disrupting the current business dealings.
