• The company will not proceed with the tax payment objection due to the high cost of pursuing an action at court.
• Cap raise/ funding: "The company is exploring a variety of fundraising options during the financial year 2022. The company has successfully raised funds from investors and current shareholders in the past, and expects this support to continue going forward.
