    One option they have is short term good, long term terrible. It's a capital raise to a merchant bank or capital investment firm which issues funds but then takes control of the company, much like what Bain Capital did with Virgin Airlines.
    The poorest indicator is the pathetic daily volume which is usually less than 100, 000 units per day.
