As for balance sheets, any numpty can see this company needs to make some money, and the SP is where it is due to the huge uncertainty of near term cash flow. Lol! Yeah yeah but quite a few numpty's have been predicting significant revenue positive contracts in various areas for in excess of 12 years now. Hanging on in hope, year after year, with blind faith, only to see significant losses due to a dwindling SP. The SP as always with speculative stocks is in the hands of traders who havn't got blind faith such as some of the long term holders who post on here. Oh yeah but there will always be that poofteenth of a chance that the magic announcement will eventuate and the SP will go bunta. Good luck.
