IMO this BOD got lucky with covid (it filled the coffers} They ( The BOD ) seems to be unable to take this company to the next level, A good board of management understate there goals. and them delivers much more. this board has done the total opposite, all it has done is make excuse and not Delivered, Time for them to move on and allow for a new board that has the expertise to take this company to a level that they will never achieve .
