The US FDA 510(k) filing was announced to the ASX on Monday 4 September, so it was likely submitted in the US on Friday 1 September.
90 days from 1 September US time is 30 November US time,
If the FDA gives an answer on the very last of the 90 days, GSS would make its disclosure to the ASX on Friday 1 December.
The clock is ticking for what is shaping up to be a binary outcome for GSS.
