There are a lot of positive factors at the present time... China's massive ppty market is finally showing signs of a turnaround with land auctions in major cities having recorded premiums this year as opposed to little to no interest previously, which is a massive boost to the resource sector. RBA to cut interest rates (hopefully this month with fixed rates already being reduced by the majors and non bank lenders, which is a very good sign rates will eventually decrease) another huge boost for resources and AMI. And obviously all the positive news regarding Federation, outcome of Great Cobar imminent, drilling program, management, spot prices etc that have been discussed throughout various threads. .30 seems very attainable now and especially over the near to medium term. Was struggling to see when we would get there but feeling quietly confident with everything that has been happening recently.
