We have never had clarification about why Jim left without notice and that has concerned me ever since - so much so that I started in other miners and not Aurelia.
The continued poor performance and failure to stockpile good feed until prices were right (we are a multi metals producer, sell the metals at their peaks or at least on moves up) is my biggest frustration and a clear failure of the BOD and CEO.
