As the PE approaches 6 based on previous earnings it is getting to the point when fundamentals rather than emotions should be factored into the price . I do not see the price falling below 30 cents in the short term unless world war 3 starts . Watching this company reminds me of the Beverly Hillbillies . Lots of black gold under the farmhouse but no idea of how to get it out until someone shows them the way . This company needs that someone at the moment . I change my position to hold on the presumption some new blood will be injected into the projects in the near furure
