Just going back through the old Trafigura announcement now given my comment re: Glencore arbitration. From what I can find the dispute is in relation to Federation ore from the Hera project (which encapsulates Federation) but the Trafigura agreement is from ore from Peak (hence arbitration not having an impact on this off-take agreement. But if you look at the agreement it’s for ore from Peak.
Is the dispute therefor a risk to holders from the perspective that Peak will soon be full of ore and Hera will need to come online to process Federation ore and that is where the risk is? Also it seems to be regarding the base metals only.
Anybody across this more than me and can provide color? Probably the only thing left on my mind I’m not 100% comfortable with.
