It seems pretty clear to me that the funds & major holders are leaving the room given the MC is now so low, those ceasing statements would have been generated when they went under 5%, meaning there is still plenty of selling to happen before they get to zero and we see some form of baseline occur.... be good to see those buying the shares casting a vote...
