Looks like this will not move until the funding situation is sorted.

So my question is how much will they look at raising, and is there any way they could realistically avoid equity dilution?

I simply can’t see how based on the current debt position and the forecast operating cash flows.

They mention they might delay federation over a longer period to reduce upfront capital requirements which might well be a better outcome than massive dilution.

if they raised 50M in equity at current prices, I struggle to see how the sp could ever recover to previous levels.
