    My sentiments too.

    The company is starting to look like it's growth prospects are very good. But they're bleeding way too much each quarter... and with only $3m in the bank, how long can we expect that to last. Two and a bit quarters is my guess assuming around 1.5m cash burn each quarter. So unless there is substantial increase in revenue or decrease in costs, another raise is just around the corner (3-9 months).

    So, buy before or after the CR? I'd guess going by whats happening with other stocks in the sector, such as MBE, CM8 etc Buying after a CR would seem like the right option.
