Innovation is key in this space, sadly I have not seen anything vaguely resembling a hint of innovation. There was talk if CNP several years ago and that has not materialized. Having a look at historical reports, Mint has not delivered on promises, i cannot profitability in the near, mid or long term. There was a lot of hype with travel industry, it seems to have lost momentum. I agree with @GrandCombin there appears to be a lot of lipstick on this pig
