So sad, that quarterly report is a solid result and one holders have been waiting for. Unfortunate about the take over. One silver lining for this debacle is if the deal is declined then at least CPH was able to convert those notes for cash at 50cents, no lid on the SP. Hopefully all remaining holders vote no
