As you can see, both metrics are increasing steadily and we should expect this to continue as more users and bigger enterprises adopt and displace their clunky hardware solutions.

It looks like it takes at least 12 months to move a contracted telco to the billing stage. Steve have also mentioned that it takes about 2 years for the user growth within a contracted telco to really take effect. As more and more enterprises adopt a much more scalable and cost effective cloud solution, namely one that is pretty much part of the package with Cisco call solutions, then the above metrics should really start to accelerate in the coming quarters and years.

As Steve have mentioned, we are at the embryonic stage of growth. If we can snare a big customer like a Bank where they are looking to record every single calls within their organisation, then the revenue from that single customer alone should be huge. This could take a bit of time as I suspect they are unwilling to throw away the already sunk cost of their hardware solutions. But the beauty of a cloud solution like Dubber is the capability of analytics. Larger enterprises knows the value of that!
