The Company previously issued Performance Rights to senior executives which would vest upon theachievement of $1,000,000 in revenue being achieved in consecutive months of May and June. TheCompany reported revenue of in excess of $800,000 in the month of June. Whilst targets, which were setapproximately 18 months ago were missed, the Company is pleased with the growth trajectory of revenueand believes it is still in embryonic stage.
