It was a slow down with the actual $ figures. Can’t argue with that. Putting that result aside even though it’s hard for some to do let’s say call recording is now going to be officially available via the Cisco webex calling control hub. The control hub is the web portal where I would go as an IT or voice administrator to setup users, hunt groups, calling devices etc. Call recording can now be enabled via the control hub. I actually thought it was already live but going by the commentary in the quarterly it’s only just going live now.
The fact Cisco are also including call recording into the pricing list and also available via the Cisco order entry system is the reason why the stock rebounded.
