DUB raised $5m in Nov 2018, then by April 2019 they raised $22m, before the $10m in April this year.
That's a lazy $37m raised in the last 18 months, must have been around a 50% dilution, but haven't looked at that.
The $10m raise suggests to me that Management know receipts (or coversion rates to receipts) aren't improving any time soon.
My concern is that generating receipts has been tough in a huge bull market, now conditions are tough, it could be brutal.
Plenty of other positives, I didn't knock them, or ignore them, but they would be more compelling if the receipts were flowing at a similar level.
I have seen plenty of positives announcements over the years that have caught investors out in the long run.
