The way I read this and other announcments is that MGMT are actively looking for a project and have already considered a number of quality suitors.
An announcement could quit possibly be sooner than later. The "mystical speculated deadline" is vanishing.
One day UUV will make an announcment. If you are not holding on that day is will be too late. Prices are rock bottom. I picked up another 3m oppies last friday and after today will bid for more.
UUV has made their intentions clear. I am in no doubt that soemthing is or will be in the pipeline soon.
Phoenix is rising.
