Exacty right gustaff. They're not stupid, it's there ongoing management style.
Wiley and agile with their wording. Keeping thing vague and fluff.
With the recent appointments, and purported professionalism(that's what we are paying them for) we should expect and be given some near term KPI's with estimated time lines.
It then gives the shareholders a defined method of measuring their performance.
Clearly defined KPI's creates parameters that make management accountable and answerable if under performing, so it won't happen.
They're survivors like much of the management at this end of town.
