Personally I think this is a bad update. The main point, at least as I see it, was to let the market know they're having issues divesting the underperforming business and this isn't going to plan. The rest of it is just window dressing to try distract you from this.
At the end of the day, they're in a worse position than they wanted to be at this time and FY results are going to be worse than expected at the HY results release.
