For me they're on the right track, have a solid plan in place of where they're going and how they need to get there. I've worked in a specialist sales team before, and it takes about 9 months for new staff to get up to speed in a sales role. So with that many recent hires in this space, they'll be a short term drain on the team before they start to deliver, this will also impact on their peers who need to coach them through it - taking them away from selling. So I'm not worried in the business or staffing regard.

What I am concerned about is their cash burn. It' something they never got on top of as Pacific Environment, they did constant capital raises whenever they needed more, then sold the business and got the cash injection... which they're burning through a lot faster than I anticipated.

It will be make or break whether they can become profitable before they run out of cash.
