Does the reduced fee given to those RACs under the grant allow us to include more RAC for the $5m allocated? If so it’s a very clever move, more RACs onboard and sticking to our service and following 1yr under grant those RACs will revert back to the standard fee given PCK more in the long run. Am I correct in my thinking?
