I don't think it would undermine those who got in because they will get one year free once the government roll out commence whereas those that missed out on the first 100,000 beds, instead of making them wait for the government to increase the funding, the company can 'reel' them in first. And of course if the government should increase the funding in future, can always 'upgrade' these 6 month into the one year free. This way, any delay in the government deal, would not delay our roll out. And who is to say the government deal will definitely be signed in November? They said that it would be done in October but it did not. If PCK continues to wait and wait, well...the consequence would be another quarterly like this one where there is a flatlining in beds. And of course, wasted time too.
Anyway, above just my opinion to help continued enrolment. And trust in the sticky nature of the product that they will sign up.
