We are now getting an average $3 per bed with annualised costs of $6.4m, say $5.5m after R&D rebate. That's 155000 beds to breakeven.

I am unclear if that discount is due to the government roll out or not as it's supposed to be starting November 1. But it does explain Davids comments at TechKnow that getting RACs to pay for a pain assessment that is currently 'free', is hard. I think the company philosophy is now to get them to sign up for a discount as the stickiness of the product will mean the price can revert down the track.

I believe you are right. In fact, I wouldn't mind PCK giving these RACs a free 6 months trial period. The stickiness of the product would then see that they sign up at normal rate But regardless, say they need 50,000 to breakeven instead of 30,000, that will still be achieved in early 2020. That's assuming that the government don't delay anymore
