    Think you've completely misread my intent here.

    I meant it is both annoying for staff and inefficient to measure pain using 1) painchek (for dementia patients) and 2) abbey pain scale ( or a similar method, for non-dementia patients) within the same facility. Painchek is significantly faster and you enjoy the benefits of instant data capture to cloud. We have already heard evidence of existing customers deciding to licence painchek for all beds to avoid co-existence of two methods.

    Point being:
    - Discount per bed cost for dementia patients during government trial = maximise number of beds and RACs covered
    - Once trial finished, instant upside with a higher average cost per bed
    - RACs will use the trial to confirm benefits and viability of painchek. Once comfortable, more progressive RACs (perhaps even more) will deploy painchek for all beds to avoid the co-existence challenge mentioned above. If anything the royal commission will accelerate this

    Land and expand.
