" In HFY20, we expect recurring subscription revenues (ACV) to continue to increase and be in the range of $5.75m- $6.45m by December 31 2019, up 27% versus pcp based on mid points of ranges"

ACV as at 31 December 2019 was $6.1m, exactly in the midpoint of the outlook provided in the 2019 Annual report. That was the only outlook provided in the Annual report that i can find that quoted actual numbers and it was met.

"......as a result, ARR, our leading indicator of future revenue, is expected to continue to grow from its base of $5.2m in mid January"

As at the latest quarterly report for 31 March 2020 ARR was $5.26m.

From what i can see both sets of numbers that were provided in both the annual report and then in the half yearly report have been met.

I think we need to be patient with management and they will deliver results, albeit not as fast as the unrealistic expectations some of the posters here have.
Just finished listening to the AGM of Berkshire Hathaway online and i think many of the posters could do themselves a favour by listening to it as well so that they convert from gamblers to investors.
