Agreed Webbj - I often feel that some announcements aren't exactly providing investors with either clear timelines or revenue expectations (ie moving goalposts), this can also be likened to "cash-flow positive in the near term", as well as revenue generation timelines from major projects and expectations of quarterly financials.

Too often is the business spouting 'Next Quarter is where the growth will happen', but by the time we get to the next quarter there are often delays on multiple timelines. COVID is obviously an insurmountable delay - but needless to say, who's to say whether the business would've still experienced a number of these delays (receipts, ARR growth, major project implementation) without the impact of COVID-19. I for sure don't know.

Nonetheless, the online healthcare booking space is a macro industry that I wholeheartedly believe will see exponential growth in the coming years, and certainly next quarter I expect some stronger results in all facets. In the mean time, I'd like to see the business keep us up to date with any COVID related business impacts, including the uptake of the telehealth platform.

I have no doubt that this is a great and highly profitable business in the making, I just question at the moment how long the timeline is to becoming that sort of business
