What you guys fail to realise is the company is awash with debt in convertible notes and warrants.
The holders of those notes and warrants are not in it for fifty basis points on the coupon.
They get a free shot at shorting in the full knowledge they can convert at $1.84.
Its a low risk high profit scenario for them so they wait for retail punters to bid up the stock on Nasdaq gains and fluff announcements and sell into the bid.
