If you invest and have belief in an investment but get itchy feet go to this::
Averaging down is basically purchasing more shares at a cheaper price meaning:
100 x $8 a share = $800 spend
Share price drops so you purchase more
100 x $6 a share = $600 spend
You now hold 200 shares at an average cost of $7 a share.
