At what point does management begin to seriously look at a share buy-back. They have almost half the current market cap in cash/liquid assets so surely if they believe in the business, they would look at the current share price as an opportunity to buy-back shares. Even buying back 10% of SOI would cost circa $800k and leave plenty of cash for future opportunities.
