Hi @T.E.P. the forum wouldn't let me reply to your previous post so posting it here separately. Yeah agree with your point about stickiness. With the cost of money going up I see businesses taking up more austerity measures which means less for R&D and enhancements. What I struggle to see is how CXZ offers innovation, it appears its price is the biggest selling point. There is an effort to amalgamate different functions into one but I am not sure that is proving a large enough point of difference to warrant a change in providers. I am still a holder of CXZ as I believe in the management however the product/service has yet to make any traction in terms of new customers and 5 years is not a very long time.
