I must confess I'm surprised about the market reaction. I read the report as everything looks good, a dip in cashflow is to be expected with skilled recruits, who in turn will take a few months in order to have positive input into the companies products and outcomes to clients. Getting their Connexion specific trainer wheels off. It's to be expected that cashflow will dip, how else would pay for the new recruits salaries. The market should already have known this and already reacted to this. We all here knew it. Anyone following the company on LinkedIn knew it. So who else is blindly invested in Connexion and didn't know that expenses had increased? What did the market actually expect?
I see it as a missed opportunity to swing trade, but also an opportunity to continue to accumulate in comfort of the 5 year renewal. Enough invested by me already though so I won't dip any more in.
