It's not unusual to not disclose contract agreements ESPECIALLY with software.
CXZ has mentioned 'openly' that they will not disclose EXACT details because they don't want their competitors knowing exactly what is going on.
This makes perfect sense to me.
Honestly the reason why CXZ is one of my biggest holdings is:
1. They tell it how it is there is NO FLUFF from management ever (might be a little silent) but they are still trending well.
2. They have a solid product looking to expand in other ventures/avenues.
3. No debt and making money (ok maybe not this quarter) but they hired some expensive people.
I have zero doubt in my mind that we will see 2c-2.5c towards the end of the year - Remembering: He needs to hit 2.5c to see his performance rights.
