How do you mean big bad expensive board gone?
The FY20 board remuneration (including the CEO) was $ $410k per year.
The new board, are paying themselves $570k per year. Whilst they are 'reducing' their pay, by taking 2.2c strike options for some, even after that, the total cash remuneration is STILL $410k per year - the same as the previous board.
Actually, board costs have increased!
FY20 Annual report, total cash cost $410kNew board announcement. $410k salary (when taking part options) $570k on a normal non 'reduced' rate.
