1ST is officially out of cash. Let's hope Klaus drew down on the balance of the loan last week, as he can't draw any more. We can expect to hear some news about future funding this Q (CR or extended loan). The 4C had a reference that Plummer may extend the amount and term of the loan. Effectively he owns over 50% of 1ST now. If he lends another $2m then it will be up to 60%. Plummer will determine 1ST's fate and he is way under water on his investment.
